This is a great time of the year for our journey, taking us from the 3,000 foot level in the Mojave Desert to the 6,000 foot high, clear mountain vistas the San Bernardino Mountains. The terrain will change from the small, dry Joshua trees near Hesperia to the glorious tall pines, as we travel one of the most scenic trails in southern California!

You won’t want to miss this bi-annual event. 3N14 is a non-challenging road (not like the one in the photo), great for any 4 Wheel Drive vehicle. It is a fairly long, awe inspiring trail as we cruise to the top. We will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the IN-N-OUT Burger, visible from the freeway in Hesperia at the Main Street exit. Our Journey begins at 10:00 sharp.

We will fulfill our theme, “Almighty God, the Artist of the World,” with praise and worship when we reach the summit. We have a planned acoustic guitar worship, in an extravagant setting near the top, overlooking the desert. Song sheets will be provided.

Invite your Christian and non-Christian friends to join us in their own (street-legal) Four Wheel Drive.

There is no charge to participate in this event. However, a National Forest Service Adventure Pass is required. If you don't already have one, these are available at REI and at Big Five Sporting Goods. For additional locations, click here. These passes are $5 for one day or $30/year.
