If the Windows Media video won't play on your computer, it means that you don't have Windows Media Player installed on your system. To get it free from Microsoft:

1. Click on the Microsoft Downloads link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1d224714-e238-4e45-8668-5166114010ca&DisplayLang=en

2. Then simply choose the Windows Media Player that's right for your operating system and let the program install. You may have to restart your computer after its installation. Then, anytime you click on a Windows Media file, it should play right away.
